Provider Job Board

The Job Board shows open requests from consumers who are looking for a provider with specific expertise. Posting your interest in a request is a way to proactively attract new clients rather than waiting for them to find you in the directory.

Accessing the Job Board

Go to Provider > Job Board to see all open client requests. Each listing shows:

• What the consumer is looking for (category, specialty, session type).
• When the request was posted.
• How many providers have already responded.

Responding to a Request

1. Click on a job board listing to read the full details.
2. If you are a good fit, click Express Interest or Respond.
3. Write a short message to the consumer explaining why you are a good match and what you can offer.
4. Send your response.

The consumer receives your response and can review your profile before deciding whether to book or send an enquiry. You may be competing with other providers who have also responded, so a specific and personal response works better than a generic message.

What Makes a Good Response

• Reference the consumer's specific request — show you read it.
• Briefly explain your relevant experience or specialty.
• Include a direct offer: a specific session type, availability window, or introductory call.
• Keep it short — two to three sentences is enough.

Job Board Visibility

Job board requests are posted by consumers within your agency's network. You only see requests that are relevant to your category and specialty settings. If you are not seeing relevant listings, check that your Categories and Specialties on your Offerings page are complete and accurate.

Tracking Your Responses

Requests you have responded to are marked in the Job Board list. If a consumer chooses you, they will contact you through Enquiries or book directly. Keep an eye on your Enquiries inbox after responding to job board listings.
