Agency Branding and White-Label Settings

Agency branding settings allow you to customize how your portal looks — including your agency name, tagline, logo, colors, and typography. White-label configuration ensures your clients and providers experience your brand identity rather than generic Hunhu defaults.

Accessing Branding Settings

Go to Settings > Branding in the left navigation of your Agency portal.

Agency Identity

The top section controls your basic agency identity:

• Agency Name — The name displayed throughout the portal and in communications to providers and consumers.
• Tagline — A short description or positioning statement shown in agency-branded views.
• Logo — Upload your agency logo (PNG or SVG recommended). The logo appears in the portal header and on branded communications.

Color Customization

You can define up to five brand colors:

• Primary Color — Used for buttons, links, and key interactive elements.
• Secondary Color — Accents and secondary actions.
• Background Color — The main page background.
• Sidebar Color — The navigation sidebar background.
• Text Color — The default body text color.

Enter colors as hex values (e.g., #1A3B6E). Changes preview live before you save.

Typography

Select a Font Family from the available options to control the typeface used throughout your branded portal. You can also upload a Custom Font if your brand uses a proprietary typeface not available in the default list.

Saving and Previewing Changes

After making changes, click Save to apply them. Your providers and consumers will see the updated branding on their next login or page refresh — changes are not batched or scheduled.

To preview what your changes will look like before saving, use the live preview panel on the right side of the settings page (if available in your plan).

What Branding Affects

Agency branding applies to:

• Your agency's view of the Provider portal (provider-facing pages).
• Consumer-facing booking pages where your agency is referenced.
• Email notifications sent on behalf of your agency.

Platform-level admin pages and Hunhu's core infrastructure are not affected by agency branding settings.
