Provider CPD Hours

The CPD Hours section allows you to log your continuing professional development (CPD) activities directly in the platform. This keeps a verifiable record of your ongoing training and development, which may be required by your professional body or agency.

What is CPD?

Continuing Professional Development refers to the learning and training activities that practitioners undertake to maintain and develop their competence throughout their careers. Depending on your profession — coaching, counseling, lactation support, spiritual direction, etc. — you may have an annual CPD requirement set by an accrediting body or your agency.

Accessing CPD Hours

Go to Provider > CPD Hours to view your CPD log and running total for the current year.

Logging a CPD Activity

1. Click Log CPD Activity.
2. Fill in the details:
   • Activity Title — Name of the training, course, workshop, or supervision session.
   • Activity Type — e.g. Training Course, Supervision, Conference, Self-Study, Peer Learning.
   • Date — When the activity took place.
   • Hours — How many CPD hours it counts for.
   • Provider / Organisation — Who delivered the training.
   • Notes — What you learned or how it applies to your practice (optional but recommended).
3. Attach any certificate or evidence if required.
4. Save the entry.

Viewing Your CPD Summary

The CPD Hours page shows your total logged hours for the current calendar year (or CPD period, if your agency uses a different cycle). It also shows a breakdown by activity type so you can ensure you are meeting any category-specific requirements.

Sharing Your CPD Record

If your agency or accrediting body requires proof of CPD completion, you can export your CPD log as a PDF or share it directly with your agency administrator. Your agency can view your logged CPD hours from the agency portal.
