Payments and receipts for clients

When you book a session, payment is processed securely at the time of booking. Here is what you need to know.

When you are charged

Your card is charged when you confirm your booking. The amount is the provider's session rate as listed on their profile.

Receipts

A receipt is emailed to you automatically after each booking. You can also access past receipts from the link in any confirmation email.

Refunds

Refund policies are set by each provider. If you need to request a refund, contact the provider directly or reach out to the organization that manages the directory.
