My Plan
My Plan is your personal dashboard for tracking the work you are doing with your provider. It brings together your active goals, session progress, and any packages or plans your provider has set up for your engagement. It gives you a clear picture of where you are and what comes next.
Accessing My Plan
Go to My Plan in the consumer navigation. The page is organized into three sections: Goals, Progress, and Packages.
Your Goals
Goals are set by your provider and represent the key outcomes you are working toward together. Each goal shows:
- The goal title and description.
- Current status (Not Started, In Progress, Achieved, On Hold).
- Progress notes added by your provider over time.
- Target date (if one has been set).
You cannot edit your own goals — your provider manages the goal record. If you feel a goal needs to be updated or a new one added, raise it with your provider in your next session or via Messages.
Progress Notes
Your provider may add progress notes after each session. These notes describe what was covered and any next steps. Review them here between sessions to stay connected to the work you are doing together.
Active Packages
If you purchased a package of sessions, My Plan shows the status of your package:
- Total sessions included in the package.
- Sessions used.
- Sessions remaining.
- Package expiry date (if applicable).
When your package is running low, consider booking your next sessions or purchasing a new package before the current one expires.
Session History Summary
A summary of all your completed sessions with each provider appears in the progress section. Use this to track the cadence of your work and see how long you have been engaged with a provider.
What My Plan Does Not Include
My Plan does not show payment information or invoices. For billing details, go to Billing in the consumer navigation. For the full list of upcoming appointments, go to Appointments.
