Week 3: Route Real Traffic

Point your public directory URL at the Hunhu domain or subdomain. Route new referrals through the agency intake flow. The old tool is still running for legacy clients. The new tool is running for new ones.

Week 4: Migrate the Rest

Invite the remaining providers. By this point the first cohort is evangelizing. Walk through any providers who need hand-holding. Export your remaining active client data from SimplePractice, HoneyBook, or the spreadsheet, and import.

What You Do Not Do

You do not announce a big migration. You do not kill the old tool on day one. You do not ask providers to double-enter data. You do not rebuild your brand during the rollout. You keep the old tool running until it is empty of real work, and then you turn it off quietly.
