Session Feedback — ORS, SRS & CSAT

Session Feedback & Outcome Measures

Go to Reports → Session Feedback to view ORS and SRS scores. Enable collection in Settings → Features → Session Feedback.

ORS — Outcome Rating Scale

ORS scores (0–40) are collected at the start of each session. Scores below 25 are flagged as clinically significant. The ORS tab shows a line chart of scores over time per client, with a clinical cutoff reference line. Track improvement trends across the course of treatment.

SRS — Session Rating Scale

SRS scores (0–10 per dimension) are collected at the end of each session across four dimensions: Relationship, Goals & Topics, Approach, and Overall. Scores below 7.5 trigger a flag prompting a clinical review conversation. The SRS tab shows a table of recent sessions with per-dimension scores.

CSAT

The CSAT tab shows your aggregate client satisfaction: star rating distribution, NPS score, and the percentage of clients who say they would recommend you. These scores draw from post-session satisfaction surveys sent automatically after each session.
