Managing a Client Profile

The Client Profile

The client profile is the central hub for everything related to one client. Access it from Clients → click any client name.

Tab Overview

Overview: activity timeline, goal summaries, recent notes. Goals: SMART goals with progress tracking and milestone checklists. Session Notes: structured notes per session. Appointments: upcoming and past sessions with reschedule/cancel options. Billing: invoices, payment method on file, charge card directly. Documents: contracts, forms, worksheets — create new from the Create New button. Tasks: homework and between-session assignments.

Quick Actions

The left column has three primary action buttons: Schedule (book a session), Message (open the chat), and Note (quick note entry). Click More for additional actions: Send Email, Create Invoice, Send Form, New Contract, and Add to Pipeline.
