Setting & Tracking Client Goals
Goal Tracking
Go to Goals in the sidebar to manage goals across all clients, or open a client profile and click the Goals tab to manage goals for one client.
Creating a Goal
Click New Goal and fill in the SMART fields: Specific (what exactly will be achieved), Measurable (how progress is measured), Achievable (is it realistic?), Relevant (why it matters to the client), and Time-bound (target completion date). Add milestones as checkboxes within the goal.
Logging Check-ins
After each session, open the goal and click Add Check-in. Rate progress on a 1–10 slider and add a reflection note. Check-ins build a timeline visible to both you and the client (via the client portal). Goals with check-in scores below 5 are flagged as At Risk.
