The Client Portal — What Your Clients See

The Client Portal

Each client receives a dedicated portal link specific to their relationship with you. This is separate from the general Hunhu consumer app — it's a focused, per-provider experience clients access via a link you share.

What Clients Can Do

Home: View upcoming sessions, action items (pending forms, unpaid invoices, unsigned contracts), recent messages, and goal snapshots. Book: Self-schedule sessions using your live availability calendar. Forms: Complete any forms you have assigned (PHQ-9, GAD-7, intake, SRS). Messages: Secure end-to-end encrypted chat with you. Progress: View their active goals, check-in history, and progress bars. Invoices: View and pay invoices using a saved card or a new card. Documents: View, download, and e-sign contracts and worksheets.

Sharing the Portal Link

From a client profile, click the Share Portal button (or copy the link from their contact card). Send this link via email or message. No Hunhu account is required for the client to access their portal.
