Client Pipeline — Lead & CRM Tracking

Client Pipeline

The pipeline is a kanban board with 5 stages: Lead → Discovery Scheduled → Proposal Sent → Onboarded → Active. Enable it in Settings → Features → Client Pipeline.

Adding a Lead

Click Add Lead at the top of the pipeline or the + button on the Lead column. Enter name, contact, source (Referral / Website / Agency / Direct / Social), linked offering, and estimated value. The lead card appears instantly.

Moving a Lead Through Stages

Click any lead card to open the detail drawer. Use the quick actions to Book Discovery Call, Send Contract, or Convert to Client. The card moves to the next stage automatically when an action is taken. Days in stage is shown on each card so you can spot stalled leads.
