Hunhu uses Stripe to process all payments. You never handle card details directly — everything is encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Creating an Invoice
From a client profile, go to the Billing tab and click Create Invoice. Or use More → Create Invoice from the left column. The invoice is pre-filled with the client's name. Set the service, amount, due date, and payment method (self-pay, insurance, or agency). Click Send to email the invoice to the client immediately.
Card on File
In the Billing tab, the Payment Method on File card shows the client's saved card. Click Charge $[amount] to collect payment immediately — no client action needed. To add a card, click Add Card and enter the card details. The client can also add their own card via the Client Portal.
Resending a Payment Link
On any unpaid invoice row, click Resend Link to email a fresh payment link to the client. The link takes them directly to the secure checkout page.
